  4. dunno...maybe i'll post you some Shawn Philips or Gene Clark, have you checked out the townes van zandt compilation further back in the previous posts; that was a hit with the kids. hi-fi snock uptown or most other michael hurley stuff is worth checking out oh and try the leo kottke album further down the current page. robbie basho too, i think theres 2 albums on here also. early will oldham-joya, viva last blues, arise therefore? all standard listening really.

  5. yo stiles, thanks. don't know shawn philips. already have gene clark. he good. have you seen the tones film, Be Here To Love Me? fuck that's good. i've just been given a film called "Heartworn Highways", all about that kind of leftfield country scene of the early / mid 70's, townes, guy clarke and all... looks really good.

    Michael Hurley, blue navigator that he is, has his own website and sells hand-burned-labelled copies of this album and his other out-of-prints. He works by regular mail....paper & envelopes & licking stamps. I can vouch for his attention to snocko interest.
